Paint Commands: (Tool Window)
Access the painting options menu:
- "Keep Painting": this option will make the brush paint even when there is no mouse movement.
- "Large Steps": With this option enabled the different brushe strokes will not be connected by lines
- "Precise Cursor" always displays an arrow as cursor
- "Precise Paint Control": enable this when you need to paint with a very small brush size
- "Rotate Brush": this option will make the brush turn when painting, following the angle of the movment.
Check-down this option to use a pattern during painting. To actually choose the current pattern, right click the same button
Use this slider to set the step between two consecutive brush strokes.
Use this slider to set the size of the brush.
This lets you choose the folder where your brushes are located.
The arrow buttons select the next or previous brush.
Represents the current brush. Click on this display to browse all the brushes available in the current folder and to select a new brush.
Painting with color:
Select the tab named: "Color" from the side toolbar. Choose the desired color and then check-down the paint tool button on the editing tools toolbar.
Click with your left mouse button on any point of the picture and keep the mouse button pressed to continue painting, until you wish to stop. Release the mouse button when you wish to stop.
On the tab "Color" you can set options to customize the color behaviour.
Color Amount
Color Blend Mode: this represents the way the color will be mixed with underlaying pixels in the picture. To get a Colorize effect check out the Hue and HueSaturation blend modes.
Painting with Texture:
Select the tab named: "Texture" from the side toolbar. Choose the desired Texture, and check-down the paint tool button on the editing tools toolbar.
Click with your left mouse button on any point of the picture and keep the mouse button pressed to continue painting, until you wish to stop. Release the mouse button when you wish to stop.

Painting with Retouch mode:
Select the tab named: "Retouch" from the side toolbar. Choose the desired Retouch Operation, by selecting it from the Retouch drop-down menu and check-down the paint tool button on the editing tools toolbar.
Click with your left mouse button on any point of the picture and keep the mouse button pressed to continue painting, until you wish to stop. Release the mouse button when you wish to stop.
On the tab "Retouch" you can set options to customize the Retouch behaviour:
